# What makes an AI builder benchmark credible?

A benchmark states the prompts, tool versions, model settings, attempts, costs, runtime checks and limitations, and publishes results. Uvilno's SDK and recovery checks do not establish a fifty-build contest or winner. Unmeasured completion rates, edit latency and competitor scores should remain unknown rather than invented.

Compare equivalent tasks under comparable conditions. A static landing page and a persistent CRM have different acceptance criteria, and a working screenshot can hide a broken data flow. Define success before running the test, record failures and preserve the actual artifacts needed to review the result.

Separate authored demos, mocked unit tests, real integration calls and production checks. Uvilno's recorded evidence proves the specific flows exercised, including persistence and a bounded static repair, but does not measure every possible app or independently rank competitors. Prefer a transparent unknown to an attractive fabricated score.

## What to verify

| Check | Published behavior | Verification |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Method | Prompts, environment and acceptance criteria must be disclosed. | Check whether another tester could repeat the run. |
| Evidence | The current Uvilno record contains scoped integration checks. | Read the fixture and production-check boundaries. |
| Unknowns | No unrun 50-build or cross-vendor timing study is claimed. | Look for null or not-measured fields in the dataset. |

## Steps

1. Write acceptance criteria before choosing a winner.
2. Record failures and actual costs.
3. Separate measured results from product documentation.

## Editable starting brief

Plan a reproducible CRM evaluation using Login, Tasks, Customers and Profile, real private CRUD and a single transactional activity rule. Define required tests, route traversal, reload persistence, two-account isolation and a focused edit. Record actual settings, attempts and costs; do not fabricate completion scores, latency or competitor results.
