Refund Policy

Site unlocks ($10)

If you have not downloaded the files, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because an export is a digital good delivered immediately, downloaded unlocks are refundable only if the delivered files are materially broken and we cannot fix them.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months, but if you were charged in error or never used the plan's credits, ask within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

Credits

Credits used by a failed AI run are returned automatically. Credits consumed by a completed run are not refundable.

How to ask

Reply to your Stripe or Kiln receipt email with the project name. If you are in the EU, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
