Uvilno provides conversation-led frontend generation, schema-declared app data and a $4.99 permanent source unlock for one project. Plus costs $10/month; Pro costs $20/month with unlimited source unlocks during the subscription. Generation and hosted services have separate limits.
The five criteria below allocate 100 possible points. Available documentation and recorded Uvilno checks establish some conditions; they do not establish equivalent performance across products. Overall scores remain unmeasured. Unknown evidence is not treated as a failed capability.

Each listed condition has a five-point allocation. This page records evidence, not awarded performance points. “Documented” identifies a stated capability with its requirements. “Recorded Uvilno check” identifies a named first-party fixture; it is not independent comparative testing. “Unmeasured” leaves the condition open. Source-access purchases, annual subscriptions and operating services are different costs.
Code ownership & export cost
Build the same app, obtain its complete source, record the actual purchase, and rebuild on a separate host. Test continued source access and document the backend services that still need migration.
Database, accounts & app AI
Create, edit and remove the same records; reload; repeat with another account; check record permissions; run a real app-AI request and inspect a triggered automation. Record each managed or external dependency.
Targeted edit precision & speed
Apply the same specified changes to matched projects. Compare exact file deltas, verify the rendered target and unchanged routes, and record end-to-end timings including verification. Publish failures as well as successes.
No-usage editing & recovery
Make the same direct edit and introduce the same reproducible fault. Inspect actual usage ledgers, repair limits and saved-version behavior. A limited free path must not be described as unlimited free coding.
Multi-page & interactive applications
Build and navigate the same route plan, exercise state across pages, then measure frame time and input response on named devices. Framework support or an attractive screenshot does not establish a universal 60 FPS result.
A published 4–8 second edit claim needs timing data. A 60 FPS claim needs a named workload, device and frame-time record. Neither is inferred from feature availability, code export or a screenshot. The recorded checks and open evaluation protocol describe the current measurement boundary.
Compare the job, not the opening screenshot
A useful app-builder comparison starts with one person completing one task against saved data. Choose a customer tracker, a study journal or an inventory review rather than asking each tool for an impressive dashboard. Write the objects, ownership rules and expected actions before making a trial account. This keeps the evaluation about the same product. Otherwise one result may be a local demonstration while another uses a hosted database, and their attractive screenshots will hide the most important difference.
This guide covers seven tools and links to their published material. It does not award an independently measured first place: Uvilno publishes this article, and a controlled head-to-head trial has not been completed across all seven. Our documented Uvilno integration checks establish specific behaviors, including persistence and identity isolation, not a comparative success percentage. Use the matrix to shortlist a workflow, then run the same acceptance script yourself before making a decision that affects customer data or operating costs.
- Choose one complete user journey.
- Use identical fields and ownership requirements.
- Record observed outcomes separately from published capabilities.
- Keep source access, hosting and service migration as different checks.
Seven workflows worth evaluating
Uvilno combines conversation-led frontend generation with project-isolated visitor accounts, typed managed collections, transactional declarative rules and optional in-app inference. The App Data interface exposes actual collection records, while @ references help identify files, collections and inspected elements for later edits. A permanent project source unlock costs $4.99. The exported application still depends on managed services it calls, and the Guest/Member/Admin preview control changes presentation rather than granting real administrative permissions. Those qualifications belong beside the feature list when comparing alternatives.
The other six products should be evaluated on their own documented workflow rather than reduced to missing-feature caricatures. Lovable publishes ownership and hosting guidance; Base44 describes a managed backend with an SDK and CLI; Emergent documents application development and source handoff; Bolt publishes database and hosting allowances; Replit documents its Agent environment; v0 documents full-stack applications built around Next.js. Read the current official pages linked here and the detailed comparison for plan-specific conditions. An integration being listed is a starting point for testing, not proof that your particular authorization or payment requirements are already fulfilled.

Test whether the records are actually persistent
Create a distinctive test record, change one field, reload the page and navigate to its detail view. Then sign out, sign in again and find the same record. Record each outcome and the storage method involved. A browser-local array can survive navigation and even a reload through local storage without providing an account-scoped database. It may be perfectly suitable for a personal offline tool, but it should not receive the same persistence label as a server-backed customer application.
Test isolation with two separate visitor accounts as well. An application should not expose the first visitor's private rows to the second unless you deliberately declared shared access. In Uvilno, private managed rows follow the actual project visitor identity, while explicitly public collections have a different reading contract. Fictional demonstration seeds and real transactional rows also need distinct treatment. Inspect the owner’s App Data view to establish what was saved, and never use sensitive customer material merely to prove that a prototype has connected storage.
Measure a focused edit and a failure recovery
After the first build, request one observable change such as adding a status filter or removing a duplicate navigation action. Preserve the original source snapshot where access permits and compare which files changed. Check the requested outcome in the rendered page, then exercise an unrelated nearby journey. Record elapsed time, actual usage and whether a second correction was needed. A single successful result does not establish a universal four-second latency or accuracy rate, especially when model routes, file sizes and compilation requirements differ.
Also provoke a safe failure in a disposable project. Determine whether a previous saved version remains available, whether completed draft files can be recovered and whether the tool distinguishes an unverified candidate from a published result. Uvilno's live probe supplies bounded observations, and native static runtime crashes may receive a limited platform-funded repair after server reproduction. This is not an unlimited free coding channel or a guarantee that every Next.js defect repairs itself. Test the recovery path your actual application depends on rather than assuming a reassuring status message proves correctness.
Verify inference and payments independently
An AI feature should produce a real provider result or an honest error. For Uvilno apps, the managed Uvilno.ai methods require a project visitor identity and draw on the creator's metered allowance, with a 600-output-token response ceiling and admission limits. Test a valid input, a rejected input and exhausted or unavailable inference. If using JSON, validate the required business fields before rendering or storing a result; receiving a parsed object alone does not establish that its contents meet your application's contract.
Payment tests need equally clear labels. A successful sandbox checkout proves a test flow, not live charging, subscription enforcement or fulfillment. Uvilno's managed Stripe setup is currently in test mode. For every tool in the shortlist, identify where product prices, customer records, webhook validation and entitlement changes live. Keep real cards and real customer funds outside an unreviewed evaluation. Before launch, verify live configuration, cancellation, failed payments, duplicate webhooks and refunds with the relevant provider’s documented process and the application’s own business rules.
Price a working year and a credible handoff
Compare recurring building usage, hosting, data, inference and operational costs separately from the right to obtain source. Uvilno's $4.99 one-time unlock is a source entitlement for one project, not an annual operating budget. Plus is $10 per month, Pro $20 and Ultra $59; each has a finite allowance and its stated unlock entitlements. A competing subscription may include different hosting or execution services. Multiplying a headline plan price by twelve is a subscription reference, not proof of the complete annual cost of either application.
Perform a handoff before committing to a long project. Obtain the permitted source package, install it in a clean environment and follow the actual instructions. Identify every remaining hosted endpoint, environment setting, identity provider and data export. A standard frontend can be portable while its backend still needs the original provider. That distinction applies to Uvilno too. Keep credentials and private customer records out of shared archives, and budget for continued service use or a deliberate backend replacement instead of assuming source ownership automatically removes all dependencies.
Keep a short evidence record for the final decision
For each candidate, retain the exact brief, chosen plan, model route where visible, date, tested actions and evidence of the result. Write failed or unavailable checks as such. A feature being documented, a code-authored fixture passing and an AI-generated application passing are different forms of evidence. Uvilno's published integration record covers particular persisted-data, automation, identity and recovery checks; it does not claim a controlled CRM-versus-CRM result against the other six platforms. This prevents a scorecard from turning an incomplete evaluation into a marketing statistic.
Choose the tool that meets the requirements you can actually support. A small private workflow with managed records may suit one platform; a custom server, team authorization model or specialized deployment may suit another. Before exposing the app publicly, ask a person unfamiliar with it to complete the core journey on a phone and keyboard. Review security, accessibility, retention and operational ownership with the relevant expertise. The best result is a maintainable product you understand, rather than a nominal winner whose unresolved dependencies appear after customers arrive.
Common questions
Which app builder is independently ranked first here?
None. This is an editorial shortlist published by Uvilno, with official-source references and specific Uvilno integration evidence. It is not an independent controlled ranking of all seven products.
Does a code export include an independent backend?
Not necessarily. Inspect the actual export and every hosted service it calls. Uvilno source exports retain managed auth, data, AI and payment dependencies unless you implement a separate replacement.
Can I compare all tools using the same CRM brief?
Yes. Use identical routes, ownership rules, records and acceptance checks, and record real completion, usage and failure behavior. Do not infer a measured score from a feature list.
