Does Lovable require manual Supabase setup for every app?

A direct answer, the limits that matter, and a practical way to check the workflow.

Direct answer

Lovable offers Cloud backend services, so Supabase setup is not required for every Lovable app. Uvilno uses schema-declared managed collections through Uvilno.db and a visual App Data manager. Compare ownership rules, supported queries, service limits and migration requirements rather than assuming either backend requires nothing.

Lovable Cloud documents database, authentication and other managed capabilities. A separate Supabase integration may still fit a particular project, but describing all Lovable projects as manual configuration would be inaccurate. Compare the selected backend path and its current plan terms.

Uvilno's data contract declares supported typed fields, references, access and optional bounded automations. Generated forms use the hosted SDK; the owner can inspect real rows through App Data. This is a defined service contract, not an arbitrary SQL server provisioned inside the frontend export.

Read the editable test brief

Build a private task tracker with Login, Tasks, Task detail and Profile. Define typed tasks with title and supported status fields, wire all create/edit/remove controls to Uvilno.db, and make loading and failed writes explicit. Verify persistence after reload and keep one visitor's records inaccessible to another.

Preparing a brief does not start generation. Review and send it explicitly; builds use the normal allowance, and source access requires entitlement.

Sources and scope.

Does opening this test use my allowance?

Preparing the test brief does not invoke a model or create a billable build. Review the draft and explicitly send it to generate; normal usage and source entitlement rules apply.
