Carry the working app into a native host.
A desktop release needs more than an archive with a recognizable framework name. Its web interface, assets and business behavior must remain intact, while privileged file operations stay behind a small native bridge. Uvilno exports unlocked Desktop projects as Tauri v2, Electron Forge or an installable desktop web bundle. The native packages include real window and dialog-mediated file integration, local application-state persistence and build configuration. A generated GitHub Actions workflow can run platform toolchains on repository runners; it does not supply signing credentials, promise successful compilation for arbitrary modified source or silently turn a browser preview into a notarized application.
Free to start. Source stays private until unlock. See pricing.
AI Tauri and Electron App Builder
UpdatedA good fit when the scope is clear.
Developers and product teams taking an approved generated workspace into a source-owned native desktop release.
Use the route plan to decide what belongs in your first build. Bring your own facts, review the saved result, and expand only when the core journey works.
What should actually work.
Choose a desktop export format after permanent source unlock and inspect its actual project files.
Open and save user-selected files through the native bridge while keeping unrelated filesystem paths inaccessible.
Push an explicitly selected desktop package to an authorized repository and inspect the real build or release result.
Know the service boundaries.
- Tauri and Electron host the generated web interface; they do not replace every control with a platform-native widget.
- Build runners and their dependencies must be available. Signing, notarization, permissions and release policy remain repository-owner responsibilities.
- A configured workflow is not proof of an installer build. Verify the target binaries and hosted-service origins before distribution.
Three places to begin.
Make one yours.
Choose a direction, change the details, and carry the brief into Uvilno. Sign in, name your project, then review the brief in chat before you explicitly send the first build.
Replace the details with your own. Opening a brief does not start a build or use generation capacity.
From a brief to a result you can review.
Uvilno supports static websites and eligible multi-file Next.js projects. The output, connector setup, and execution limits depend on your project’s actual engine and scope.
Plan the journey
Name the routes, inputs, and expected behavior. Plan mode lets you review and explicitly approve a direction before building.
Build and refine
Review the isolated live preview, check desktop and phone layouts, and ask for focused changes. Recoverable builds can retain saved draft progress within their retention limits.
Keep the work
Use Inspect & Edit for supported mapped text, link, and color changes. Unlock source when ready to inspect, export, or use source GitHub sync.
Questions worth settling first.
What is included in a Tauri or Electron export?
The package preserves the compiled frontend and adds the selected native host, scoped bridge, configuration and build instructions. Editable web source is kept outside public web roots where a separate compiled export is used.
Will GitHub Actions build installers without local developer tools?
The supplied workflow installs and runs toolchains on supported GitHub runners. Its real logs and artifacts determine success. Repository permissions, runner access and any signing secrets still need configuration.
Are the generated applications automatically signed?
No. Signing and notarization use developer identities and secrets controlled by the repository owner. An unsigned test build is not a signed production release.
What does Uvilno cost, and when can I access source?
Free is $0. A permanent project source unlock is $4.99 once. Plus is $10/month with 2 new project unlocks per paid month; Pro is $20/month and Ultra is $59/month, with unlimited new source unlocks during the paid period. Generation remains usage-limited; the meter shows remaining capacity from 100% to 0%. Already unlocked projects remain downloadable after cancellation.
